Construction

Arguably Cavalier manufactures the highest standard of Portable Buildings and Park Homes, using quality tongue and groove plywood flooring (not particle board). The chassis is all steel with a choice of either steel stud frame or panel construction walls and steel framed roofs.

External walls are insulated to reduce temperature and noise transfer. Internal walls are also insulated to reduce noise transfer from room to room. Quality internal wall linings are used with a choice of commercial grade vinyl or carpet floor coverings.

The external finish is available in either a metal colorbond cladding or a weatherboard look in either colorbond or vinyl finish.

Commercial

If you're looking for a building for your business we can supply a variety of new or used ready to purchase or hire from our extensive range of units in stock. Alternatively if you have any specific needs we can customise transportables for you. Buildings can be joined together so that size is never a problem.

To make it even easier we can advise on council regulations and assist in the connection of water and power.

Residential

Externally finished in either colourbond or imitation weatherboard with no painting or ongoing maintenance required.

The design can be customised to your specifications with any personal touches such as built in cupboards, verandahs, internal design and a choice of various colours. Our construction also withstands the elements and the test of time.

All residential buildings carry a six year Home Indemnity Insurance and the assurance that the work has been carried out by a registered builder.

Transport

The Transportables and Park Homes are designed for delivery without the need for hiring cranes or heavy machinery. The skid base or wheels are designed for tilt trucks, enabling the loading and off loading in a matter of minutes.

The buildings are simply winched on and can be slid off the back of the truck in virtually any location. The strong steel chassis of the buildings ensures they can be transported safely.
