Cavalier Expands Medical Centre Facilities

The owner of a Perth Medical Centre wanted to add additional services to the facilities that were
currently being provided however he needed more space than available in the existing building.
Following discussions with Cavaliers experienced team and in conjunction with the clients architect
and contractors, a full turn-key solution was arrived at that fulfilled the requirements of the owner,
regulatory authorities and site restrictions that included fire rated walls and appropriate access and
parking space for persons with compromised mobility including wheelchairs.
The design added three fully equipped consultation rooms, waiting area, including sound rated doors,
cabinetry, emergency lighting, body protected circuitry, communication, media, telephone and data
outlets and a toilet with access for persons with disabilities and strict town planning requirements.
This Facility is expected to be operational within the next few weeks.
